Sourdough Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins




Ingredients:


1/2 cup sourdough discard

1 large egg

4 tbsp melted butter

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 TBS sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips


Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.


You can make the muffin batter the night before and ferment in the fridge overnight to reap even more health benefits!
