Sourdough Crisps

 




A simple, decadent sourdough cracker recipe. I am not at all ashamed of my paper plate either! 😂

Mix together:

1/2 cup sourdough discard

3/4 tsp. sea salt

2 TBS olive oil

Preheat oven to 375° & preheat a pizza stone. Once oven & stone are super hot oil your stone with additional olive oil & carefully pour your cracker batter into the hot stone & spread it very thinly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Halfway through you can pull it out, score with a pizza cutter - doesn't need to cut all the way through - just score it so you can break your crackers evenly or don't worry about it if you prefer a more rustic cracker!
