Southern Sourdough Freezer Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
2 cups sourdough discard
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter, chopped
Mix for 1 minute on medium and then hand mix the rest of the ingredients until just combined.
Laminate dough 3x then press out into an 8x10 rectangle & use regular size jar lid to cut out 10-12 biscuits. You can bake some now on 425° for 25-30 minutes or refrigerate for 24 hours to fully ferment & then freeze & bake from frozen the exact same way! These are also wonderful made in the air fryer 🤩
